Lindsay is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Gut Specialist. She has been living a plant-based lifestyle since she was 14 years old, going full vegan six years ago. Lindsay has always had a passion for recipe creation and meal planning and recently self-published her first plant-based recipe book, Graze. During the process of sharing her love for vegan food, she realized how many people were in search of a guided tour to a plant-based lifestyle: what to eat, how to cook it, and how to keep it fun and crave-able! Lindsay has paired her personal experience, certifications, and expertise to create this 7 Day Plant-based course that is nothing short of a passion project and her life's mission: making vegan food less scary and more accessible to all.



The recipes were created with ease and time saving in mind. While there are some items like marinating tofu or soaking some cashews that will take an extra step of prep, the comparison to preparing a meat-based dish is very similar. We promise you will not be spending all day in the kitchen on these recipes--the purpose of this course is to show you how simple and delicious plant-based eating truly can be!

All of the recipes are recipes Lindsay has shared with her own family and friends and has received great feedback on! Each recipe in this course is portioned for at least 2 servings (some are 4 or 6 servings); you can double or triple each recipe as you need to in order to fit your family's size!

While this course is built to follow along for 7 days (all meals planned out intentionally), you can absolutely bounce around with the recipes based on your schedule and what you're in the mood for. That said, we have also included a list of vegan snacks, meat and dairy replacements, and even a fast-food guide in case you're in a hurry and want to order out but stay plant-based!

Once you purchase your spot in this course, you will immediately be sent an email with a PDF attachment with everything you will need for this course. The PDF is readable on a computer, tablet or phone and can also be printed if you'd like a paper copy instead. There will also be a link to our Facebook community for you to join in.
