Okay, so I am not much of a baker. The few recipes you see on this blog that are baked are the few that I have somehow been able to "master"...But that's pretty much it.
So when I was making a vegan Meditearranean meal one night featuring my vegan Tabbouleh and homemade hummus, I realized I didn't have any naan (or questionably old pita bread for that matter...) in the house.
I realized I had to get crafty and decided to whip up some pan fried naan that cooks pretty quickly and only requires a few vegan* friendly ingredients you probably already have in your fridge!
*Don't worry, if you only have the non-vegan version of some of these ingredients, they will do just fine!
