I'm not gonna lie: I attempted this recipe FOUR times until I got it *perfect.* But they were originally for my best friend's wedding, so I was committed to figuring out the best way to make a fluffy but chewy, chocolatey [salted caramel] brownie. And dammit, I think I got it! Even Colin was a huge fan and went back for THIRDS!

I've mentioned in previous posts before that I am not much of a baker. I know it's more of a science and it's just never really been my thing. But I always find myself wanting to figure out how to make vegan cupcakes or brownies, so here I went: down the path of trial and error again until I got it right. And it was SO worth it.
