I mean, there's not a whole lot to say here other than: HOLY CRAP THIS NACHO CHEESE IS AMAZING AND CREAMY AND SPICY AND COMPLETELY VEGAN AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW!
Honestly, I've been putting it on everything since making this first batch: nachos, breakfast scramble, baked potato, a spoon...don't judge until you've tasted this stuff.
