Sometimes you just crave a *healthy* holiday side dish. Don't get me wrong, the sweet breads and holiday rice crispy treats are always delightful, but a spiced pomegranate and persimmon salad?! Yassss pleaseeee.
I don't have much to say about this recipe aside from two things:
It was a so good that I inhaled it in 3 minutes after photographing it
My nephew calls persimmons "persickies" and I can't get it out of my head
